  • Explore Get the Facts! a dynamic outreach and education initiative intended to dispel common misconceptions about homeownership. At the core of Get the Facts! is an open, friendly and interactive workshop (available in English and Spanish) designed to break down the barriers that often keep people from exploring the possibility of owning a home.

  • Expand the power of financial literacy with CreditSmart®, our award-winning credit and financial education curriculum. Offered in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese, CreditSmart® provides consumers culturally relevant information on the importance of establishing and keeping good credit, understanding the steps to homeownership and the responsibilities that come with achieving this dream.

  • Achieve success in the Hispanic marketplace through Nuestro Barrio (Our Neighborhood), a Spanish-language TV mini-series about Hispanic life in the U.S. The mini-series combines entertainment with the financial facts of life and airs in target markets on regular and cable channels.

  • Yield tangible cost savings with free Loan Prospector Caution submissions on your first submission of most of your conventional/conforming mortgages – an exclusive Freddie Mac advantage. Now, there are more reasons for assessing all of your borrowers up-front using Loan Prospector, including those with weak credit histories, low- and moderate-income and underserved borrowers.

  • Progressive changes expand homeownership. We continually evaluate and make changes to Loan Prospector to expand homeownership opportunities for more low- and moderate-income and underserved borrowers.
