FREDDIE MAC ANNOUNCES NEW TIME FOR CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS COMPANY'S FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL-YEAR 2007 FINANCIAL RESULTS

McLean, VA Freddie Mac (NYSE:FRE) today announced that it is changing the time it will hold a conference call on February 28, 2008, to discuss the company's fourth quarter and full-year 2007 financial results.

The company will now hold its conference call at 1 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, February 28, 2008. A live webcast, accompanying slide presentation, and other earnings-related information will be available through the company's Web site at www.FreddieMac.com/investors/webcasts. The company will release, as previously announced, its fourth quarter and full-year 2007 financial results before the NYSE market open on February 28, 2008.

To listen to the call, domestic investors should call 1-800-230-1074, and international investors should call 1-612-288-0329, approximately 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the call. The conference call will also be webcast live on Freddie Mac's Web site.
