Include all items (except the application fee, Mortgage transaction narrative analysis and the certified rent schedule) required by the Full Underwriting Package - Standard Delivery Checklist for the appropriate Freddie Mac Mortgage purchase program (click the appropriate link for the Conventional Cash Program, Streamlined Refinance, Defensive Refinance, or Supplemental Mortgages) plus the following:
