to sustainable economic growth.
HDDC is a collaboration between Freddie Mac, Genesis Homes, The Historic
District Development Corporation, Bank of America and The Enterprise Foundation.
HDDC launched a housing rehabilitation program and built 50 new single-family homes, rehabilitated over 25 others and renovated more than 50 units of multi-family housing. Studioplex on Auburn, a mixed-use
complex with112 loft apartments was also completed with 20 percent
of those units reserved for low-income residents.
